โดยตัวแทนผู้บริหารบริษัท Consync เข้าร่วมบรรยายได้แก่ คุณปิยะ วิทยาวโรจน์กิจ (Piya Vittayavarotkit) ผ่านการเป็นตัวแทนหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชานวัตกรรมบริการและการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรม คณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการในงาน 9th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON LANGUAGE AND EDUCATION (ICLE) 2023 ในหัวข้อ Building Organizational Sustainability Through Intercultural Communication via Vision, Mission, and Core Value ซึ่งเกิดจากการพัฒนาความรู้ในการทำงานของบริษัท Consync Group เพื่อพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ และวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ของบริษัทต่างๆ
ทั้งนี้ในการเข้าร่วมและนำเสนอผลงานในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการบรรยายได้แก่
- เพื่อให้เกิดการให้ความสำคัญของบริษัทในเรื่องวิสัยทัศน์, พันธกิจ และวัฒนธรรมองค์การ
- เพื่อให้เกิดการตื่นตัวในการวางกลยุทธ์เรื่องการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์, พันธกิจ และวัฒนธรรมองค์การ
- เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจเรื่องวิสัยทัศน์, พันธกิจ และวัฒนธรรมองค์การจะส่งผลต่อความยั่งยืนได้อย่างไร
ทั้งนี้หากองค์กรสนใจ ทาง Consync group รับสำรวจ และให้คำปรึกษา รวมถึงวางแผนช่วยทางในการปรับองค์กรของท่าน ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและทิศทางขององค์กร

การประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติในปี 2023 จัดโดย ALTSA และมหาวิทยาลัยคอลลีจของมูลนิธิปาหังมุละ เป็นการประชุมที่เน้นสำรวจบทบาทของผู้สอนและนักภาษาในการส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบทางสังคมและเป็นพลเมืองโลกผ่านการศึกษาและการเรียนภาษา เปรียบเหมือนแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาที่กล่าวถึง และเสริมสร้างการสื่อสารระหว่างอาจารย์ ผู้บริหาร กรรมการผู้ตัดสิน นักวิจัย และนักศึกษาในระดับการศึกษาต่าง ๆ ในท้องถิ่นและนอกท้องถิ่น
ICEd is an academic discussion event in which participants will share their knowledge and new idea as well as to discuss current development in their respective field. This year theme “Education and Language for Sustainable Development: Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship” is a comprehensive initiative aimed at integrating sustainable development principles into education and language learning.
This program recognizes the urgent need to promote social responsibility and cultivate a sense of global citizenship among educators & linguist. Therefore, to understand the role of educators and linguist on sustainable development, especially how education and language continued to contribute the social responsibility and global citizenship, Association of Language Teachers in Southeast Asia (ALTSA) & University College of Yayasan Pahang initiate the 9th International Conference on Language and Education (ICLE) 2023 & 3rd International Conference on Education upon a theme “Education and Language for Sustainable Development: Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship” as the platform of intellectual sharing on information and experiences pertaining to the afore-mentioned issues as well as to strengthen communication amongst faculty members, administrators, policy makers, researchers, and students at different layers of educational settings.
